Although it is marketed for hands and wrists, the Rist Roller is great for athletes, too. I am please with its convenience and versatility. Rist Roller has found its place in my collection of recovery tools.

It's cute AND functional!
It's not only functional, it's cute! It's great for those times when you want to cover a bowl full of food quickly.  It works better and faster than plastic wrap.







YakTrax

The Yaktrax were very effective on loose and packed snow - not so good on ice.  Who needs to run on ice, anyway?
